Subject: [U21] Lammes

Introduction

Hello, my mother and father named me Lammens Nick but friends only use the lastname when they need me (Lammes). I'm 18 years old, turning 19 soon and am currently working in the Volvo factory in Gent as an operator! (night shift so enough time during the day itself!). I live in Gentbrugge, close to the capital city of the province East-Flanders which is Gent (Famous for the Gentsche Feesten). I also have a little brother playing sokker, his username is scapaken!

Sokker history

Currently playing for 3 years now (on this account), together with my previous account (which you all know under the name of piada) I wld've been playing for 4/5 years now.
I'm currently playing in 4th division where I ended 2nd, as my first time in 4th division I think it's not a bad result. I think I could promote to 3th next season but that depends and my transfers soon.

I have absolutely nil NT experience but I do know allot about sokker. I think I can make a diference, the only thing I need is your vote and trust!

Purpose

I'm electing myself for U21 simply because it's cymru's future! Atm there is a lack of attention towards the U21 and I do think Delta_one did a great job with the U21, I wld like to continue that job! That's why I also wld like to take Delta_one as assistent, since he already knows the better players (future potential) of Cymru and could help me with that! I'll also use my brother scapaken to scout and for tactical advise!

My purpose is simple, getting to know the promosing youth of cymru (for a 2 season term) and then continue coaching the senior NT squad, with the knowledge of the cymru youngsters!

That's about it, any questions are welcome!

Dont go onto the other users about tactics etc. you have said nothing except you played here for 4/5 years. RE-think your speach will ya...might get you somewhere :P

Feel free asking tactical questions, I'll be delighted answering all of them. Btw, your m8's speeches are also missing tactical information, that's why I'm asking those questions. I'm curious about their tactical achievements, knowledge and experience since they are officially my opponents :)

I'd like to start with what my main objective certainly NOT is going to be:

- Going top 10 in ranking (^^)
- Winning every match with double numbers!
- Playing friendlies against weaker countries!
- Ignoring the community

What are my objectives:

- Motivating youth school, with the new update I get the feeling there is allot of chaos around this subject. With the proper information and guidance we can run our youth schools the way we all should run it, this only benefits the U21 and SeniorNT!
- Scouting all potential youngsters and to follow every step of the training procedure to make sure no training goes at waste! Again, It'll only benefit the U21 and SeniorNT.
- A country like cymru (U21) shldn't lie it priorities in winning, but building up a descent squad for this season and next seasons, to guarentee the future of the Welsh NT! This can only be achieved by scouting, and following potential youngsters. So yes, I'll probably spam every Welsh managers their mailboxes about their youngsters! =)
- Tactical bombing, making a tactic with youth players who aren't world top is very difficult. That's why I'll deposit every tactical knowledge that's planted in my sokkerbrain (my petite soccerbrain :D) in this U21 team. Making different tactics every week will learn us more about the strong and weak points in this team!

What is your tactical ability and how will it help Cymru?

Could you be a little more detailed. Like, what tactic would you use against that oponent, and why. Or what type of tactic do you prefer and why. I think that'll give you a more detailed opinion of my tactical ability (knowledge?)

Can i just add - trying to act like a smart arse and that you know everything will NOT get you votes!!!
