I have changed my mind from running for South Africa U21 to Cymru U21. :)

This season, I am running for Cymru U21 (as I just said) and I feel this would be a huge step-up in my Sokker career. Like Morsey said last season, 'A vote for me, is a vote for Pembrokeshire.' I say this because if you are to vote for me, I would have help from other Pembrokeshire users (if they agreed to help):

Next month will mark my first anniversary in Sokker and I feel I have gained so much experience, thanks to the Sokker community, I would like to thank those who have helped and have given me a chance of winning this election.

One of my only problems is activity on Sokker, when I first joined I was frequently logging in, now I have started to become less active.
One big problem is creating tactics, luckily, I have an experienced NT manager from Pembrokeshire who is willing to help me (Morsey).

wrong - i honestly feel being an NT manager will show you real experience as your league doesn't give you that

Question...

Your tactic looks very similar like the standard 3-4-3 tactic. The only thing you changed is the defs on a line.

Are you going to use the same tactic as your current teamtactic?
Do you have experience with other tactics?

I'll be honest, when I started using the 3-4-3, my team were playing brilliant football, so I didn't think to make any other tactics. I would certainly risk making tactics for my club for Cymru.

As for experience, I used to use the standard tactics, then I used the 3-4-3, so I don't have much experience with tactics.

I think it's a bit to early to become U21 coach. You don't have enough experience with tactics, one of the most important thing in sokker.

I have now decided that I will not run for the U21 NT job.

I really only joined in the election to spoil rhysyboy's chance of winning (Morsey convinced a few of the boys in school to vote for me instead of him), and I have decided that this would be harsh to a better manager. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused (or convenience for Rhys).
