Must admit I was very suprised to see Overton in defence and Phipps played in midfield (centre) ahead of him. Sure there must have been reasons.

Anyhow onwards and upwards and all that !


How come we only had 2 subs ? :S

I can't see the match, but It looks like you couldn't cover their strikers, while theirs had free roam. 6-0 though :S

Sorry, it seems I am the forum head to the U21 operation :)

Right, we had a problem due to losing players to wage updates and the speed in getting players stats, however I have not been informed of the substitution situation

I sent the stats of all players that I had, that were left in the team after the age update. Also, why didn't you play Tompkins in defence? Unusual tactics to put Overton in Defence. He's now one of our best midfielders.
Shane Wilkins should've played as well, even with a slight injury.

tbh, I wasn't in charge of the squad, that was daffyd. We discuss the squad, but this week was a bit of a rush job. Next week, everything will be better as we will be organised.

sorry i did`nt start this post had a funeral yesterday[suffering now].
overton played in defence instead of mid because we`re short of good defenders and playing the swiss we`d be defending most of the match[thomkins had red card could`nt play],has for shane wilkins do`nt see the point of playing a player with an injury in friendlies....has for the subs i`ll hold my hand up for that one i forgot...
on a bight note we had more chances to score than i thought we would.

Well i`ve looked at every welsh teams players and recent transfer and found 2 more to add to the squad,I`ve got 21 players in youth squad and have`nt had a good 1 for ages.....if you think you got 1 i`ve missed send me his stats i`ll take a look....thanks
