langhe to All
As were still in the race for World Cup and we miss already some A team players for the first return games, this match will be played mainly with B squad players.

If you have any field player close to or better than these skillpoint requirements, please provide an update ;) Skills are counted on mainskills only, unless indicated different.
DEF: 30 (with def at least magical)
MID: 60 if def is over excellent, 48 if its a player with less def (eg triple incredible with excellent pm)
ATT: 42 (eg triple brilliant)

I know one of my ex-players, Bill Jehu 8323387, has skills around the required level.

Joshua Probin 13882320, currently in the u21s, also has skills around the levels required. However, you'd have to ask dafydd about using him.

With probins slight injury i do`nt see the point in risking him for a friendly game. But he`s your player ddraig and if lange want to use him it`s fine by me...

Probin has 2 days left. So might be none, 1 or 2 tomorrow. Shehu has 4 left :(

Oh well, I'll find some lads to play :) Probably some double magical defs instead of double divine, but hey ... :)

Tactics set
Team set
Orders set

GK: close to A squad, but we have a few gk who can play in the first team. It mostly depends on form and tactics.
DEF: oldies and 2 new names (first cap). One of those two is the third sub late in the game, so it's not sure if he comes in.
MID: almost full b squad (form or not good enough for A squad). Best B squad player is kept on the bench as we miss both Loveless and Collins for the next 2 weeks. Yet, 2 names who have played a few minutes during the WCQ so far as well.
ATT: new name and oldie with form issues. Replaced by 2 A team strikers if were not winning at two points in the game.

Red cards conditional orders were quite hard as I wont play any decent defensive midfielder (one is suspended) as we only have 2 of those :)

True, I guess it's only a friendly and if he isn't recovered he'll underperform anyway.

your training for him is ok at the moment, so he might have minutes in some friendlies :) (not today though, injured)

Ireland got hammered 4-0? Very very impressive, you're one of the Cymru NT's best managers ever.

LANGHE TO STAY -- LANGHE TO STAY -- LANGHE TO STAY -- LANGHE TO STAY -- LANGHE TO STAY

Well, he spent a season with the Scotland U21, and only a season. Maybe he'll stay for another season.

About the game:
- Our strikers seem to score quite easily. Lets hope they keep it up for another 2 months.
- We didnt give away many chances: 1 shot from their winger, another chance I dont remember and a one on one after a throw in. Quite weird as my defense is never ahead of the ball in the editor. Might be due to the fact that the editor works 'one square up' when youre attacking and 'one square down' when youre defending.
- I've put the best def/pace defender on the wing where I expected their winger, and it worked quite well. I was a bit afraid of our central defenders, but they did their job very well.

About next season:
- I only did one season in Scotland for the same reason I'm not sure yet whether to stay or not in Cymru (if I get re elected of course).
- If we qualify for the world cup, I'd love to stay, even it would be a miracle if we get through the group stages. But qualifying in group B for the same WC would be a miracle itself as well.
- If I'm unable to qualify, there is a full season of friendlies ahead. Well, there is the mini world cup, which is nice (tourneys are simply more fun than just friendlies), but basically, those are games that dont matter either. Of course, most important thing (even if we would play the WC) is to keep the ranking ok. I'm not sure how many new NTs will be added at 1600 ranking points, but we should get around a spot that puts Cymru in the 3rd basket. It should be possible, even for an inexperienced manager to achieve this as you can pick easier friendlies. That doesnt mean you have to play Tunis and Kazachstan, but teams as Hayastan, Acerbaycan, China, ... who have around 5-10 rating less than Cymru should do the trick. Which brings me back to the main point: if Cymru doesnt qualify, its better to give a new manager the opportunity to know the possibilities of the squad before the WCQ starts. And a season to give a new person without NT experience a chance, like Morsey had.

I think Ddraig should have a go! If we dont qualify.

@ all previous U21 coaches (especially first seasons). Could you pass me some names of players who might be decent by now? I mean, lads like Dugmore, Morley, Seward... I just found out Money and Bowen have a decent value at their age, so their skills might be deceent by now. I could look it up myself, but a shortlist would give me some more time (to study :p)
