@ all previous U21 coaches (especially first seasons). Could you pass me some names of players who might be decent by now? I mean, lads like Dugmore, Morley, Seward... I just found out Money and Bowen have a decent value at their age, so their skills might be deceent by now. I could look it up myself, but a shortlist would give me some more time (to study :p)

Yes but you have the experience but what you need is NT experience. Your team may lack the quality of players in the Welsh Premier but your menatality of the game is still good :)

I might not stand for Cymru next season, because no-one ever votes for me :'(
