Subject: youth players under new system.hi mate, just want to gather some opinions. have you experienced a general decline in skill levels of youth players under the new training system? or the efficiency is about the same?
what i'm trying to compare is the chance of getting accomplished players, say, of level 14 or above. about the same? declined? increased?
i`d say it`s worse,i`ve got a magical coach,my youth players pop 1 week the next plop next...............any views..........

I've had trash, trash and even more trash since they swapped over to the new system but I didnt really have much(talented) coming through at the end of last season before they changed it though so cant be sure.
This has been my worse season for ages(maybe worst ever :P) though with selling juniors.
