It's not really pointless. Countries the size of Cymru and Scotland should be trying all that they can to retain users, even keeping just one through the tutor scheme would be a success. It only takes one youth school to produce your next 3 x divine striker :)

Yep, I also reckon its more important for small Countries to retain as much of the newbs as possible.

Large Countries are going to stay with a large user base even if they do nothing.

I also agree with the rest that this is a good thing. I may have made a joke about the spelling but I shall take it seriously.
