Hey!
I'm pretty sure all of you know who I am.
If you don't, two things:
a) Welcome to the forums, it's a great friendly place here :)
and
b) I'm the owner of the Skylarks, a team currently inhabiting the IV leagues of England. This is not because I am weak, it's because I'm using 19 year old players and under. This means that I am often the underdog in matches, which means I have grown to develop the required skill to counter against a strong team, often to great effect.
So, here's the boring part where I tell you that I deserve to be your NT coach.
- I am a constant user of the forums, and a very active user here. This means that I can spend time scouting, making tactics, and generally helping the growth of Cymru as a footballing nation.
- My tactical ability is not inconsiderable, and with the help of Cymru's userbase I believe I can learn quickly to make Cymru a fearsome team to fight against.
- My knowledge of the underdog side will give me insights into fighting against stronger teams that other managers may not have.
I can't think if much else to write, so if I do make it into this job, thank you to everyone who voted for me, and together we can rise Cymru through the rankings, maybe into contention for qualifying. If you want langhe back for that I can understand :P.

What do you think of the current Cymru squad, and how would you improve it?
It looks strong, but the reliance on key players is evident. I will stay in close contact of managers owning fringe players to give them the training they, and Cymru fully deserve. Also, I will work in collaboration with the U21 coach to monitor and support the training of future stars. I will also require scouts to check the TA and TL for unknown players and for central Cymreig players.
Bingo, that is the correct answer! Very well answered indeed.
What, it is a good answer. We, i will admit are very reliant on key players in our squad and we should try and reduce that gradually. And also working with the U21 manager is a very important job.

Well as I said in my answer to Rhys, I'm aiming to improve the quality of fringe players, to improve on the impressive backbone of the Cymru squad. Also, as well as improving the back-up players, I am going to work in collaboration with the U21 manager to improve the future of Cymru, so when our current stars fade, we will have equal or better players to take the reins.
Do you think you/anyone can be as successful as langhe was last season?
I feel that langhe deserved to take us to the WC, but some bad luck stopped him.
But we all know that this part (as we didn't qualify) is about training managers.
If I was given the opportunity to, I would definitely train and then (attempt to) Qualify Cymru.
Personally this season is about getting Cymru an easier group, so this season I will up our ranking as much as possible, and I personally feel I would be a better candidate to do so than Rhys, and this is why I am standing.
