MBates [del] to All
just to let you know that i will be standing for the wales u21 squad and if you r not standing, i could really use your vote and i will try my best to get the team to the top of their game
2010-07-20 21:06:31
I know I dont have much to say, but I'll do it anyway (^^). It's nice to see a new face on these boards, but I think you lack tactical knowledge (based on your play off tactics). It's normal for anyone who recently joined (2010-07-07), so please do not consider this as an insult. Maybe its a better idea to join someone more experienced who could run for the job. This way you both learn something yourself and you help the U21.

hold on, i was managing in trophymanager, i have won nuberous of titles and i managed wales getting them in the world cup. i watch football everyday and i learn. play football and one i hope to manage anyway, so i have all the "tactical knowledge". and another thing, i am not recently joined i was here in england for two season. so please about not being rude, i worked hard to even get voted
2010-07-20 21:21:03
and another thing, ur the manager of wales, do ur business and stick to it

He joined on my b-day :)

Anyway, this is the qualifying rounds for the U21 this year right?

@MBates:
Next season, everyone will be more than happy to let you have a go. Just atm they want someone who knoes this game inside out.

i know the game inside and out. wait, ur not even in the high stages of ur league ur in divison 4. don't judge a book by its cover
2010-07-20 21:30:41
and another thing, there are polish teams in the low divisions trying to get this job. it makes the election seem like a joke. i do not know who i am voting for, but for ur lack of faith in me , i might not even vote for u. i might vote for hard castle
2010-07-20 21:31:11
but dont judge a league by the number of leagues they have. He may be in a lower league but i can assure you he will kick your butt. You know the football inside out but you dont know sokker inside out. Sokker aint like no other soccer game and requires a lot of experience.

Also, dont tell the NT manager to do his job, he has been the best manager of Cymru i have seen along with Vogue, also he is the admin, dont mess with the admin :P
2010-07-20 21:35:20
how many times do i have to tell u lot, i was in england for 5 seasons. and was managing in wales with cardiff united so i do know sokkermanagement inside and out and why can't he stand for the england job?, if he says that it is too big of a position then that proves my point
2010-07-20 21:35:33
No, here's the point.

I can't vote.
(Being English)

There are 22000 teams in Poland. Of course they are going to be everywhere.

And also, here's the point.
CYMRU (as a collective term) let players new to this game play in times where there are no qualifications. Because CYMRU (as in the voters(not me)) would want a manager like langhe, because he has a lot of experience, knowing sokker inside out. He could take them to the world cup. Maybe you could, but I have no say in this matter.
2010-07-20 21:37:37
And I can't stand for the England job as

A) JPK, our manager, took us to the World Cup, so he leads us this season.

B) U21 qualifying is taking place, meaning that they would rather have a user more experienced in this game than me. I can accept that.
2010-07-20 21:37:57
he has already, cymru is not like the no.1 team poland, and most of teams who have won the world cup have had no foreign managers, and that is the point
2010-07-20 21:39:43
(Poland have won the world cup because they have easily 10x the players that anyone else has.)

That's why you don't need a tactical genius to manage Poland :P
2010-07-20 21:40:28
also i have no problem wid langhe being still, thewelsh coach, but for theu21, let a new face bring a different style and probably and different prospect and positive one
2010-07-20 21:42:24
yes they do, spain might have had the best team, but they had to find a suitable tactic to hely win two trophies in 2 years. every team no matter how good
2010-07-20 21:43:38
Hey, I'd be willing to help if you get the job.

I wasn't attacking you, I was defending what langhe said.

(Anyway, langhe won't be the NT coach much longer, it'll either be me or Rhys)
(Please vote for me :P)
