Ok. Let me give you the basics of Sokker NT management right now.

As you may know, the best skill you can have is superdivine.

So if one team has a super player (3x divine/superdivine, or in the case of one team, 5x divine.)
That player is now injured/red carded.
So know they don't have their star player.

Now go to Poland.

They have a superstar player (3x superdivine)
That player is injured/red carded.
Poland have 3 or for similar players to replace him.

I can't vote, but I can promise you support if you get the job. My aim is to work with the U21 manager to develop Cymru as I have stated already in my election thread.

i know, but to say i wanted to become manager of poland.i would be scared because there is so much responsibility and if u look at there record, it is not no.1 material is it?

Well they wouldn't vote for a person who they see with a months experience. Also you'd need to speak fluent Polska, and be at the top of you country to even have a look in :P

Poland is VERY exclusive.

Only 2 people can become manager of Polska. Chuck Norris or God.

well, I did my job and am still doing it for the next weeks. As LP said, I'll pass the torch onto someone else. But why can't I give my opinion about the U21? Oh, and trophy manager is nothing like sokker. And if you know the game inside out, please, enlighten me why you use a prefab standard sokker tactic :s Oh, and why the hell are you so offensive?

Just curious what team and how far did you get in England?

Only reason I ask is one of your posts say's you where in England for 2 seasons the other says 5.

Also cardiff united I don't ever recall playing them how long you manager of them for?


And as Langhe rightly says anyone who has any idea at all about sokker would not be using premade tactics.

Cardiff United were in 1.03 (if I remember rightly) a few months ago.

i understand what langhe is saying,but you get experience by doing these jobs. i am sorry if i offended you, just other problems. and to cymurmeige. i was there for 5 seasons. i know what i said

As for you running for the job, I have a question for you.
Can you give us some examples of your experience ?
What team did you have in england, what level players are you experienced in using etc

To put it bluntly, can you show us you have enough experience to run the U21 NT job ?

well, i was in england in division5. with a team called arsenal galaxy that was for 4 seasons. then i cancelled and moved to deportivo la eagles in division 4, just coming second

i want to be manager so i can gain my experience, so i can prove all of u wrong about me. i believe in the young players of the future for wales. possibly. a world cup winning side. i believe strongly in future. probably. i am the only one who belives in it the most. trust me, if you check my team, you can tell i have faith in the youngsters
