c'mon mate, show faith, that is why cymru not doing well. no belief :)
2010-07-21 12:56:18
ok, if not that, than a team that can make the quarter finals
2010-07-21 12:58:03
possibly, but for the best chance of getting there would mean we would have to have either Vogue or Langhe manager. Cymru are heavily reliant on some players and when they get injured we start getting problems. If it was another country, they would have another player with the same skills ready. Thats the problem Cymru has and is why we cant go far in competitions.

i know. and that is why if i get chosen, i would work extremely hard with the u21s, study every team to learn their strengths and weakness and see what i can do and wat formation i will use to get a result. i know i don't have the experience like vogue or langhe. but i have determination and faith that wales u21 can improve with the help of someone that believes in them. so please vote for me and i hope i won't let you down

Off topic, I seriously suggest you cut down on the 33 players, you only need 22 at max.

Cymru doesn't want a bankrupt manager ;)

i know, but i have changed the price of the seats in my stadium and i sacked one of my assistants and i have already cut 9 players already. i need variety
2010-07-21 13:23:38
Well, less fans might come if they don't like your new prices.

And variety is ok, but training and form is better kept by having a constant team.

so speaking of questions, i have a question for u. how would you improve the senior national team especially when the world cup quallifiers coming up. finally wat would be ur relationship wid the u21 coach once the election is over?
2010-07-21 13:42:50
Well as I answered earlier in my post, my aim is to improve the firinge player, as Cymru is a strong team, the only weakness being the reliance on key players. WIth better fringe players, our weakness to injuries and redcards can be weakened and stopped.

My aim is to collaborate with the U21 manager to scout out future talents and therefore advance the backing up of our star players. Therefore I wish to have access to help with the advancement of the U21 to back up my NT squad, such as player stats so I can keep tabs on Cymrus future.
