also, why are goal keepers so expensive, and what are essential skills, i would guess, goalkeeping, technique and passing are the main 3 but another others?

No it aint allowed and you can report the person if you want. Personally, I just ignore them though :)

Because not too many ppl train them so there aint as many around as other positions.

Keeper, pace and passing in that order. Some ppl will say pace and passing is just as important but i'd put pace above passing myself.

edit: I may be wrong here but I think I remember seeing something in a previous news article about tech and goalkeepers but cant quite remember exactly what it was if I did see it that is :P
It wont change the 3 main skills posted above though.
