Subject: [U21] Lostprophets

Because I kind of need any votes to start off my attempt at the U21NT job, I'm opening this thread now.

So for those of you who don't know me, I am Lostprophets, currently in the third tier of English Football. I have trained with youth players so I know the limitations of young, incomplete players. I have a decent grasp of tactics, which will be advanced further by my experience with the U21 and in the III of England. I am also very active on forums and on sokker.

I'll be creating a new tactic almost, if not every week to further tactical understanding. If the U21 Mini World Cup is running I will participate in that too.

I hope you can allow me this role to increase my tactical experience and also to increase the U21's standing in the ranking tables.

I'll expand a little on this.

I have three primary aims:

A) Get Cymru U21 to 48 or above in the National Rankings, therefore making for an easier group for the next candidate to participate in the qualifiers.
B) Expand my tactical knowledge by creating or editing a [new] tactic every week if possible. Throughout the season I will gain in experience and hopefully skill, linking into achieving Objective A.
C) Scout for future Welsh youths to help future generations of U21 Managers by establishing relations with key player owners.

And some secondaries:
a/bi) Do well enough to be considered as a candidate for next seasons qualifying.
bii) Get to the Quarters at least of the U21 Mini WC if it is held.

Also, having seen Owen's answer I wish to note that the strongest team will be selected every match, as getting the ranking up is (in my eyes) more important than raising the TD of youngsters only for them to be sold and all the work to be undone.
