Subject: [U21] Morsey

Hello,

I am Morsey *shock* and I am going to be running for our U21 NT.

Ever since my experience in the main NT which may have been a wash out in some people’s mind, but it was a great season for me in terms of experience for tactical abilities and placement abilities. Since then my tactics have evolved and have become much better with it.

I hope that if you select me as your U21 Manager this progress will become even better. I cant say what tactics I will use/or if I use a different one each game as that purely goes down to who we are playing that week, although I will most probably edit a tactic most weeks to try and fix any errors with the old one.

If there is a Mini U21 WC this season I would gladly participate in it as it would give me some challenges as well as some hopefully easy games, a mixture of the both.

What is your main aim for the Cymru U21's? ty LloydE :)

Well, other than the general aims about raising the ranking and youths as a whole, my first aim is to get youths in the squad. At the moment we have 22 players, 13 of which are 21 meaning we will be left with 9 at the start of the next season. Finding players will be my first priority.

How high can you get us up the ranking table?

I think that is irrelevent at present times. Surely my aim should be to get us higher, but i can only do that if i have the players which is my main priority or will be my main priority for the first few weeks if i get the job. After then i shall cosider how i will go about our rankings.

As you've already said, 13 of the squad are 21, how do you go about finding more talent for the U21 squad?

i have already been searching rtg's range of helpful resources but i will also ask Cymru to keep their eye out for some also :)

I agree yes, ofcourse i want more users on Cymru, just how is the only problem that remains :)

we need to find out or maybe you know cause you live there ... the most popular sites were a lot of males visit them ... exept porn sites :))))

cause if Cymru will have a lot of teams this meant more juniors :) more players for NT :D
