Just a note for you all that transfers en rules has changed dramatically. You can now only post valuations in the threads already created OR post K topics i.e. what you are looking for. You can no longer post TL topics.

it is only for Transfers EN - not transfers Cymru - those rules are the same i.e. must be either a welsh user or a welsh player
