Well whenever is best for you - aslong as he plays sunday, whenever
will mail you then and sort somthing out end of week
well it´s a trade here :)
Gibbs needs a good weeks of pace but I dont know if Drake will be the best choise, but there´s not Welsh youngs now to train so I think it´s a good trade so far.

tbh i probably cocked up Drake due to being selfish and not selling him earlier, but 2 seasons ago i was playing the game more and Drake meant more to me, now, well, i do log in each day but sokker is no longer what it was to me.
If you'd sold him to me when you'd started training keeper he'd be 2-3 levels up in passing/tech (and I'd have a been a million or so poorer :P)
that´s a problem and happend a lot, sometimes we pull a young from the YS and we decide to keep it instead of sell it. Or just we train him but we dont give him the best train possible and we don´t sell him until its late.
The best we can do its sell the players if we know we can´t train and don´t waste time. Many users traing Mids, for example, and pull a striker from YS and decide to train him in pace like 4 weeks to make an extra money, that 4 weeks is more or less a loose for the player.

Training a striker in pace doesn't sound that bad to me....
well was an example, maybe the striker needs technique or stiker urgent and in some cases that I saw, the current owner seek to have pace in a decent level to sell it well.
I don´t use to train the same skill over 4 weeks in a row, I train in cicles of 3 weeks per skill leavin a chance to residual pops, so instead of 4 weeks of pace, you train 2 weeks of striker and 2 weeks of pace or technique and is diferent

Odd training, I train in blocks of seasons :P
That's how I do it as well.
Either way acheives the overally aim though, to improve the player...

I never go below half a season of the same training either :)
