back in NT issues, Its a lot of young players incomplete trained.

I found a superdivine defender with excellent pace and 23 years old :s
an unearthly striker with magical pace and GOOD technique with 24 years old :s
another unearthly striker + very good pace + adequate technique???

come on! what is that???

Lee Aston it´s on the market right now

unfortunelly, another player really bad trained.... looks like was trained by a "full pace" season trainer

You're an idiot....

While Jay_Jay puts it strongly, some people train pace for seasons for a reason.

I did with a bunch of low pace players, and they've all turned out nice.

thanks mate

yep, I understood that, and there´s others who train others skills for a whole season but in most cases ends in a result wich is a problem: a bad trained player. Because you train hight a single skill and then you have to train hight the other skills wich means a lot of time, in a hight % of cases you wont complete the train because its a very long term training and much things can happend, for example, you find another youth better than the other, so you decided to sell it. Or you need money and you decided to sell it, etc. Now aston it´s in sell and I bet that player was a good prospect but now its an incomplete player that can´t be use in the NT

I´m not crazy friends, and of course Im not the owner of the truth but there´s a lot of incomplete players around sokker and this is really bad for Cymru NT

There's a load more at U21, count yourself lucky ;)
But if I train a player in seasons you end up with this guy:
age: 24
formidable [11] stamina tragic [0] keeper
incredible [13] pace solid [8] defender
brilliant [14] technique very good [9] playmaker
incredible [13] passing solid [8] striker

4 seasons of training - pace this season. Not bad for 137k :)

Also, 2am match time, screw that. I have work first thing tomorrow :P

btw

Wilfrido Zedillo, age: 20
club: Noviembre Rojo, country: Ecuador,
value: 1 200 000 k Bs., wage: 12 320 k Bs.,
outstanding form, formidable tactical discipline,
height: 169 cm
bookings:

weak stamina hopeless keeper
formidable pace poor defender
formidable technique unsatisfactory playmaker
solid passing incredible striker

2 seasons of training, no more that 4 weeks per skill and next week pops to brilliant striker and I switch to technique train

Stop spamming this topic you son of a gun ...
2011-11-04 23:23:22
But the training profit he gets from three seasons from a season of pace/tech/striker would be around the same.

And unless your team pops perfectly in sync, the block training is better for the whole team too :)
2011-11-04 23:33:16
about profits, yes could be the same, about NT, I bet between a 19 year old triple formidable and an Unbalanced 19 year old player you choose the balance one.

when I start to train like this I tought in syncs but that doesnt really matter. Or you sync all players to pop in the same week of the skill train or every time you switch the train you have pops from diferent players. That doesnt disturbs at all :) at least you might want a block pop at once and even that is difficult
