Well, I guess it's my time again to stand, so lets get through the speech.
Firstly, I have completed all my exams. Woohoo! So therefore I have time again to be active, which caused some lazy losses versus some very beatable teams. My tactical strength isn't too bad, I definitely kept the scores down in a strong III, having the (joint) third lowest goals conceded, despite becoming 7th. But I only had one striker, who spent his season in bad form, so that didn't help me when I needed goals. With your NT, I shouldn't have that problem, so all will be good :)
My tactic (or a small variation of it) as been used by Morse all season in the U21s - I have a few criticisms of it, like the strikers aren't offensive enough, and for some reason Curtis used to get ATT orders on the wing :P
Other plus points... well I speak fluent English, and therefore have no need for the infamous Google Translate :D
So, any questions? I trust I can get your votes this time?

on topic, can I ask what you regard your main strength to be?
At the moment, I'm a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none, but I regard my main strength as tactical solidity, getting results from a better team due to a solid defence basically.
hmmmmm....will you play in the Mini WC? If not, what sort of teams will you play against?
I've already signed Cymru up for it, as I'm counting on your votes and I assume the other managers will too.
