Got bored, opened up my own topic.
Right, after a season of managing the U21s, it has been a tough learning curve. The thing is, this season, we have have some excellent players. We also have some gaps. However, it is a fairly balanced side I see for next season.
If you want honesty, I will be honest. I don't expect to win the qualifiers, we are missing a solid defence and a decent keeper. However, that doesn't mean I won't try to qualify.
And because everyone is posting their 'tactical' victories (where they get outshot massively and win somehow):
SO GOOD ARGHHHHHHH
And some results where I bested a team of similar/stronger ability:
Should have been more. Oh well.
Ah, sweet revenge.
Anyway, hopefully I can have another bash, eh chaps?

Hi. hhmm...
I am surprised that you are a candidate this season..
You won only 1 match, Lose up to 12
You know that the team under your conduct has no chance of promotion.
You already showed what you've got ... Give the show another

Please, I have no problem if you post here, but only if you give valid points as to why I lost all those games. I won 2 matches, drew 2 as well. A few matches could and should have been draws or even wins, if you watch the games.
Some matches we seriously lacked depth and/or strength. I can point a large amount of blame towards our lack of a decent keeper. Our best keeping skill is formidable. Pretty much every over team had 70-80+ keepers.
Cymru is no Poland. Our main team doesn't start great, and by jove it doesn't improve if we lose any players, let alone key ones (Emery, Hoskins)
Finally, don't embolden or enlarge the font if you post a reply. Thank you.

Fixed font :)
Do not blame the goalkeeper's fault, because it is responsible for lost matches and only manager.
I watched every game Cymru U21, every analyzed and I know what you need to improve to start successful..
You got a chance last season and did not use it ...

Sorry for the spam, but some things you need to explain ...
Right, you obviously don't understand the strength of a keeper at U21.
Excellent-outstanding striker vs divine keeper: not good
Excellent-outstanding striker vs excellent/formidable keeper: much easier.
And there you have our dilemma. Even with a relatively stronger midline/strikers, it still all counts for naught IF they score one from 10 and your opponents score 2 from 5.
Of course, the reason why I said relatively stronger in the previous sentence was because our midline and strikers are predominantly 20 or younger. This means that they'll be better this season, but last season they were up against (more so) fully formed mids and defenders. This again, reduces their changes at taking a shot at the magical+ keeper.

Will you continue to support the development of young players.
I think you've done a good job with an atrocious junior team to be honest. Cymru has lost some key managers recently, and have an awful supply of juniors.
Hopefully, next season will have a few decent juniors come through, so we should have a stronger team.
Unfortunately, we don't have a dedicated junior GK trainer. I have two good GK prospects, but I don't train GK's, so as they're very talented, I've decided to x-train them on other primary skills
good luck,

Ekhem..
When he first joined;
Luciano Moreno, Age:17
club: Morse United, country: Chile
Value: 153 601 £, Wage: 1 875 £
very good Form, tragic Tactical discipline
height: 169
unsatisfactory stamina, excellent keeper
excellent pace, hopeless defender
tragic technique, hopeless playmaker
hopeless passing, hopeless striker
Now;
Luciano Moreno, Age:19
club: Morse United, country: Chile
Value: 722 250 £, Wage: 3 795 £
outstanding Form, adequate Tactical discipline
height: 169
poor stamina, brilliant keeper
magical pace, poor defender
hopeless technique, unsatisfactory playmaker
poor passing, unsatisfactory striker
So in those two seasons (started training him from 18yo);
Pace: +5 (excellent > Magical)
Keeper: +4 (excellent > Brilliant)
Random:
Stamina: +1
Defender: +2
PM: +1
Striker: +1
Passing: +1
Tech: +1
Sorry for the OT - I think yes you have done well with the team we had, no matter what that polish candidate says.

I have two possible welsh gk trainees if you are interested.
By the way WHY are you training Chileans?
By the way WHY are you training Chileans?
It was just a player i saw on the transferlist at the time, i hadn't planned to train keepers but then i saw him.
