yep, I saw that in this little time, there is a lack of good youths and also a couple of generations that seems to be missing. I´ll wait anyway for more updates to see what we got and what we can expect

Hi, to all, friends.

Elections time again, this time it´s for WCQ. And I want to run again in Cymru if I may.

The adaption with Cymru it cost me a lot, I was expeting a small universe of players but was even smaller than I expected. I updated the database the best I could, finding players and requesting updates of about 100 Cymru players and I found every kind of players.

Nowadays I can say what is the stronger line and the weakest one. I see we have a strong attack line leadding by Shane Wilkins and scort by Ingram and Courtis. The historic Grey next season will have 34 years its about to exit the NT.

The defense its my concerned because there no much good defenders. We depend of Shepherd, Dugmore and Pothero wich are the most complete defenders. Latetly we have Tompkins to complete a 4-line, after that it´s getting hard to find another complete defender. The "trio" tolley, coward and perret they low they pace levels by their age and it´s dificult to see action in the future. But what I like is the 22 years old defender Pugh Hando, Walker and Sadler, if the continue training, they can give more chances in defense to Cymru before Pothero and Sheperd gets older.

The midfield we look pretty well. the bad thing is the low form: Probin, Phipps and Overton are victims of this but I think we can use Wheely and West in some games + Smithe and others, fortunelly I try options in this friendly season and Cymru has variety on this.

about my friendly season, I know it wasnt the best, I collected yet 3 victorys 4 ties and the rest are defeats. According with my speech, I tried over 10 new tactics, some works, others didnt, I tried players, some was good other not much but I think I did what it takes in friendly seasons. Fortunelly, we keep the rank, maybe because our defeats was with much better rank NT´s like Austria or Scotland or Turkey for example so our Friendly season we play with stronger NT and we are keeping the level. A couple of friendlys are incoming: Asutralia and Ireland, wich are strong too so inst over yet.

for the moment I started in rank 53 as Cymru NT coach and today we still in the 53. I will like to improve a bit at least.

So, this is my "inform" about what happend this season. I like to run again to play the WCQ

well, I was watching some ex U21 players that can possible join the senior team and according to our DB, we can add some few but I´m gonna ask updates this weekend.

3) Ed Cole, we need this defender.

Tom Instance was my junior, he had a JS pop rate of once per 12 weeks. No idea how he's managed to get into the U21 squad, other than he already started with a high skill (not talent) level :-(

yeah I saw the skills of Tom in the NTDB and has no chance now to join the team, I dont know in the future but for the moment just Ed Cole :(
