Only way i will get up is automatic...with rhys, merthyr and quakers --- that is very hard to get :

If you keep improving then going up through a playoff is possible.

Yeap, That was such an atrocious season, needed a new name to motivate the team.

Was hesitating between the Welsh Dragons and Lord Lucan's Reserves but thought that would have given the wrong impression :-)

A little disappointed with a couple of the goals that went in and it's always frustrating when you see a player make two fouls and get carded for both, but I wouldn't want to get promoted yet anyway. It would just be a season of beatings.

Training for this season has gone OK, so that's all that really matters.
