First of all I want to salute the Cymru community in sokker.

My name is Rares in real life, but in sokker I am known as Clau_Goool and I'm candidating for Cymru National Team of sokker. I am 26 years old and I live in the capital of Transylvania, Cluj-Napoca. I work as a front office manager at a 3 star hotel in my native city.

I am in sokker for 6 years and I`ve started playing this fine game after many years in hattrick.
During this time I have brought many users to sokker and helped them to improve their game. I am as well a moderator in my country.

Getting to business, during this time I have played many seasons in the third division in Romania, but with the new season coming I`m "aiming for bigger seas".

About my NT experience, I`ve been in charge of the U21 Nigeria team for 2 seasons. It was a hard work dealing with a small and non active community. But as it was I managed to bring improvement to the team`s game.

I was and still am in the Romanian NT Staff that won the Sokker World Cup this season and I help my nation with scouting and tactical advices.

Why Cymru?

I see a small, but quasi active community with much to give. I hope as well that together we will improve the number of users which could come in sokker to train for the NT.

Which are my plans for Cymru?

I will set myself two objectives this season, reaching top 50 in sokker rankings and qualifying for the world cup. I know it will be a very hard job, but I don`t like going into battle with my head down.
Friendlies are important as well, so I will try to prepare some strategical friendlies as to improve our game and tactics. Strong friendlies are important as well, because this way we will see our potential against strong or close by opponents.

Speaking about my dedication to this job, I will be 100% percent active and I wil try my best to achieve my targets, but I won`t be able to do this without your help, the Cymru community.

I salute the Welsh Sokker community once again.
I will candidate again for the NT Cymru position as manager.

What I have said in my last speech remains the same only my objectives are to be changed as the battle for the World Cup qualification ended and now it will be another friendly season for the NT.

What has changed from the last time?

I have just won the title in my division, so I became champion in the 3rd division of my country. Unfortunately I did not manage to qualify to the 2nd league, my play-off opponent was better. But I am an optimistic person and I`m sure I will do better next time.

Which are my plans for Cymru?

I will set myself two objectives this season, reaching top 50 in sokker rankings and staying there until the end of the next season. I know it will be a season with friendly games, but we must test out our potential against any kind of opponents.
So, friendlies are very important therefor I will try to prepare some interesting friendlies as to improve our game and tactics. Strong friendlies are important as well, because this way we will see our potential against strong or close by opponents.

In my presentation I forgot(my bad:P) to state my style of playing.

I prefer playing offensive, but likewise I don`t like being exposed in the def line. A midfield with 3 or 4 players is necessary as the force of the team depends on it. So tactics that include 4411; 5311 or 433 are among my favorites. But it all depends on my opponents, as my tactics will change depending on who I play against.

Here are some games from the season that just ended where I dominated and won the games although I was supposed to be the underdog:

Election period has started again.

I hope some of you started to know me, I`m Clau_Goool present and let`s hope future NT manager.
It has been a great season for our national team playing friendlies with strong teams, but as well with ones that were at our level.

At the beginning of the season I set myself some objectives:

- reaching top 50 in Sokker rankings - done, as we are on the 48th position right now;
- playing friendlies with both strong and medium level opponents and giving the possibility to play with young players as well - done;
- tried to use a variation of tactics like: 5312; 4312; 532; 5212 or 442 - done
The one that went pretty good was 5212 combined with the additional 532.

As you may know this season we are engaged in the Qualifications for the World Cup. Most probably we will start as being the third favorite in the group, but the objective is to catch one of the two qualifying places.

So these things being said, just vote:)
