You did a wonderful season with this lads. With a little bit of luck we could have done it all the way. But I am very pleased with this season regarding our youths!

It has been a very good WC campaign. You did everything you could do with these players.

Next season will be tough, we're losing quite a few decent players when the age updates.

You are right Morse. But the same thing happened when Keith took charge of the team two seasons ago. Wales has some talented juniors coming from the youth school, they just have to be trained with patience.

Actually, we keep a number of good outfield players for next season. The big loss is our keeper, as he was unbelievably good.

Hopefully, someone will want to take the reigns, as I've done it for 2 seasons now;

Not me, I'm more a strategic guy than tactical. We need someone capable of producing a good game with less than quality players.

I have time and I more tactilal....
I have more u21 player in my team (defenders) and wea have one group who train only U21 players...
(MID,ATT,GK)
I know when one player has chanc ,and I active sereach this players on TL..

Well sadly i'm not that great with tactics, and with exams on the horizon, i don't have much to spare sorry.

Nobody is perfect with tactics, but they can be discussed inside our association if help is needed;)
