Tonight, I face arguably the biggest match of my Sokker career as my Crusaders side prepare to face Pembrokeshire rivals Hayscastle Dragons in what should decide 8th position in the Welsh Premier this season.

On another sour note, I'm relegated after finding myself 4-1 down with 25 minutes to go, before clawing back 2 goals in 10 minutes to salvage some pride, I'm down, good luck Rhys in the play-off.

You are relegated, you are right. If I were you I would sell all my players and try to buy 16-18 young players and start an intensive training program. Yes, it will take some seasons until you will see some results, but in this way you know that you have a good prospect in your hand.

I may do that, but I'm not sure my team's finances will allow. :P I may give it a try once I find out with Division One league I'm in. :)

Actually, yes, I will do that, first Friday of next season I will list all of my old (27+ yo) players and keep a few of the younger players so as I can compete with Division One clubs, whilst starting a Junior School and bringing in a few 16-18yo prospects. :)

Of course not :P I'll be increasing the size and improving the Junior School next year, hopefully if they're good enough I can help grind out a few NT prospects. :)
