Hi fsoler.

You have NT experience and that`s what the young welsh lads need.
Best of luck!

Do you entend to train welsh players?

Personally I never train players from the NT country I train. The reason is that like that I am always fair in my choice of players and I am never involved in conflict of interest, however I usually help in 1) promote sales of prospective players 2) help with training.

However if I desperately need a player in a position I will consider training players myself. Example: if we dont have keepers I will buy a prospective youngster to train him but I usually leave that as a last resort.

Thanks for the luck :)

This is the group Cymru U21 was drawn in for the WCQ.

Group M:
Italia U21 (Rank 6) - One of the worst teams to get. Not easy to get something from this one
Portugal U21 (Rank 17) - another difficult one. Even from here very difficult to get something
USA U21 (Rank 44) - Not easy but can get something out of it with some luck and preparation
Hong Kong U21 (Rank 55) - Reachable team - we have to get something from here
Jamaica U21 (Rank 88) - A must win otherwise will result in very bad WCQ positioning at the end

I must say that Wales will probably challenge 4th place and with some luck get near the 3rd. I think we must be realistic and personally I believe that the target should be 4th place and move from their.

You are right, this is a very though group and most probably 4th place is the place to get at the final of the stage. But in time maybe we could try higher sights.

Training players from the country you coach is good because you must set an example for the rest of the users.

Anyway, every manager does how he desires. Best of luck!

I agree with you and that was my policy before but once I played one of my players and had a lot of issues so I decided that when a youth is good I try to help with selling but will not buy players myself.

That is the reason why I took such decision

I believe that when you select a player of your own in the NT you coach, you are doing it by the books, with fairness, that means the selection has to be made upon the skills you have set as to be admitted into the NT. And we are speaking here for every player who is from that country and has chances to join the NT.

If you have done that, others who are showing you with their finger are just evil minded.

I decided to quit the elections for logistic reasons.

Good luck with Wales. Wish you the best of luck in the WCQ.

Best of luck as well in RL and Sokker.
Maybe in the future you will have more chances.
