Hi guys. My name is Donnni22 (in RL I'm Donato, 24 years old) and I'll run for Cymru U21 NT.

I'm a quite experienced coach: I've trained U21 Pilipinas for several years, giving the team some pretty nice tactics (that are still in use in the U21 NT) and many players for the senior NT. I've reached some pretty interesting results, such as a draw vs Portugal (with a gap of over 50 position in the ranking), or some pretty well played matches vs Peru and Hungary (top 10 in the ranking), or another draw vs Malaysia.
In the last two seasons I've also been the ATT scout for U26 NT italian players.

I've achieved some important goal with my team, playing in the italian Serie C, where I had the possibility to improve my way to play and to understand that we can always learn something from tough situations. Last season I finished 4th because of the partial renewal of the team, that has come to an end. In the upcoming season I'll try to achieve again the Serie C, without relegation, in order to increase my sokker knowledge!

My goal is to reach the first 48 position of the ranking, in order to be in the 3nd pot for the qualifying round for the WC.

My best tactic is a 4-4-2, but I often play even with a 4-3-3 (I'm training strikers). I don't have any kind of problem in managing tactics, considering that I used to play with a 5-4-1 or a 5-3-2 when I was Pilipinas U21 CT.

My idea is that tactic has to change depending on the opponent, so I won't focus on a single tactic.
Right now I'm not able to tell you the best tactic for Wales, because I don't have the possibility to check the DB. What I can definitely is that my main focus will be on the growth of youngsters, because they're the future of every country. As you can see for Pilipinas, most of the NT have been properly trained during my job assignment as U21 NT.

My staff will be composed of Lollopo il Listaio, joao aka paet, mattia-calcio and one more user.

The first one is with my club in Serie C, where I won even being weaker.

Second one is vs Nostalgiadibaggio, that was promoted at the end of last season.

Third one is vs Portugal: Pilipinas got an extraordinary draw vs an opponent that was in the top 20.

Last one is a draw vs Kypros. We were weaker, but with a good elastic we were able to stop them many times.

I know mate, but it's quite similar to what I had in Pilipinas... I had 8 active users and I reached some good results!

I believe the draw wasn't that lucky, 'cause the possibilities to reach the 3rd place are very tight... Anyway I'll do my best in case of election in order to achieve some nice results and to plan the future of this NT...

Can you get your U21 coach to accept the U21 fixture vrs Italia? He seems to be sleeping

I've just seen you've changed the opponent. I really don't know why he didn't accept your invitation, but I'll ask him, 'cause I know him quite good: I've trained the Italian U21 NT last season for a match ;)

I sent the invite on Saturday but no news, as I didn't want to miss another game, I changed the opponent

I've talked to the U21 Italian CT and he told me he's on holiday on a place where internet doesn't work properly... So he apologizes for his lack...
