"(Nearly) five Sokker years ago, a great Welshman in whose symbolic shadow we stand today signed up to the online football game. This momentous decree is a great beacon light of hope to millions of Welsh players who had been seared in the flames of withering user numbers. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long sight of their aging. But nearly 15 seasons later the Welsh Sokker player still is not fruitful. One hundred years later the life of the Welsh Sokker player is still badly crippled by the manacles of user numbers and the chains of slow, rural broadband. One hundred years later the Welsh Sokker player lives on a lonely island of a lack of junior schools in the midst of a vast ocean of foreign prosperity. I have a dream that one day on the hills of Wales, sons of people with no junior schools and the sons of junior school owners will be able to sit down together at the table of Welsh junior development. I have a dream that one day even the state of Pembrokeshire, a state sweltering with the heat of dwindling user numbers, sweltering with the heat of foreign investment, will be transformed into an oasis of junior development and a National Team future."

Why am I applying?
I'm going to be completely honest, if I don't apply, I don't think anyone will. Donni22 has already announced that he is no longer wishing to be the Welsh U21 manager, and I wish him well for his Sokker future. As it stands, voting shuts in 10 days (15th December), and there's only 1 applicant. We really, in my opinion, need a Welsh manager for the job. Someone who can remain in contact with other Welsh managers, and foreign managers with potential Welsh U21 players, to attempt to salvage the future of the Welsh NT. There are six junior schools that are competing in the Welsh league system, admittedly, I am not one of those, and I can understand that some people may not have the funds on Sokker to open up a junior school - that's why I don't have one for the time being.

What are my aims?
I don't have any specific aims other than to help stabilise the future of the Welsh NT, realistically, we need to be arranging friendlies with slightly stronger/similarly-ranked sides so as to have a better chance of better results, which in turn should help improve our ranking, and, as a result, improve our situation for qualifying groups in the future, but that's a long way off.

What experience do you have?
In terms of NT/U21 experience, I have no experience, if I was to get the job this would be my first NT/U21 job. However, I have played this game for little under 5 years, and seen my team win titles in Division One.01 (2), Division One.02 and Division One.04, gaining promotion to the Welsh Premier a total of 3 times. I did also win the Division Two.08 title in my first full season, going unbeaten, but I shouldn't have been down there in the first, bloody Team XYZ... anyway!

Thanks man. I tried to achieve some good results, but the situation was dramatic: there wasn't either a DB...

We'll see what happens, myself and Rhys are trying to be more active on the game now, so that could mean 2 extra junior schools (I've set one up this evening now). Hopefully we can get everyone involved, will be hard!

*edit* We will face Iceland, Ukraine and Denmark in the qualifying for the Mini WC.
As far as I'm aware, we will face Iceland away, Denmark at home and then Ukraine at home.
Denmark are ranked 30th in the World, Ukraine 44th and Iceland 78th, so a top two finish will be tough.

Didn`t you have a better goalie instead of Rendall? His pace was lame. You should have used my striker Brewer in stead:P He has much better pace than Rendall:))
