Subject: [U21] LEPunk
Unable to arrange a game for tonight, unfortunately. Did ask around for a game but there was nothing doing I'm afraid! Montenegro next week though in what will be my last game. Sorry this season's been an embarrassment!
Qstarw (Eng U21 manager) and nothis (Scotland U21 manager) are my friends so this will come in handy i would have thought , if i get the job that is
you havent been an embarrasment mate, you need more people playing the game in the country you are managing... wales have potential and although in my personal oppinion you will be a loss, the welsh managers have a great choice to choose from. spin has experience in previous roles and mansid.... i call the sokker bible (what he doesnt know about sokker isnt worth knowing) has given me good advice in the past. i hope the welsh managers choose with their passion and heart and get involved. pob lwc :)
Unfortunately words seem to be easier than was is actually happening. With a decreasing community is is forever harder trying to get new talent. I've had a magical junior coach for many seasons now and so far all he is producing is an extra pay slip every week.
I've been getting closerto that cos we only have 130 users now :( , it's a sad state of affairs , i do have a few ideas...
handsome boy`s modeling school seems to have 3 half decent youths maybe?
I did say that it would be hard this season but to lose all but one game is dreadful. It's not just that though, it's the manner of the losses and the scoreline too. Some games we were playing well first half then getting pumped in the second, or getting annihilated first half and then doing damage limitation for the rest of the game. It's embarrassing considering the job done by the U21 managers before me and then the job I, myself, did.
Looks like we've had an age update. Down to 15 players...
In desperate need of help ahead of tonight's game. I've picked 11 players, most of which their position I can't tell because they're not even in the DB and were in the squad before I became U21 manager...
Had a revolutionary idea, I've gone into Statistics to see where the players play most often (well, the 5 that aren't on the DB). Going to be a shocker tonight.

Only 0-4 and playing with unknown players in this match, I take it as a progress. Cheers mate:)
Should've treated most of my matches like junior matches! Maybe we'd have done a bit better! :) Thanks!
