Subject: [21] spin

Hello, my name is John and i would like to apply for the position of u21 manager. I have been for 7 seasons the manager of New Zealand NT and last season the manager of new zealand u21.
With the big team I have managed some decent results like winning against Netherland, England, Bulgaria, Ireland, draw with Romania and this season i have managed to bring the team from the 69`th place to 65, almost in the 4`th pot, and also results like 4-0 with England and 3-3 with Russia, countries with much more users that New Zealand.
Cymru is in a similar situation like NZ, so it won`t be much difference i think..I`m used with situation when you have to improvise just to keep up the pace with the others.
I think I`m ready to handle this situation and i would like to try to help you.

Spin is a very good CT: I've lost a competition vs him when we runned for the New Zealand NT and he showed his talent with some great results. Furthermore, I had the possibility to discuss with him about tactics and he always gave me a good feeling.

Dear community, I can back up Donni`s words, spin did a great time with New Zealand, with both sides. You can trust his manager skills.

you, the same, did a great job here, and Cymru had a pretty good chance to qualify at a certain point

You deserved it and it was the beginning of a bright career! I've learnt so much from that competition...

Now I hope you'll be elected in U21 Cymru. They need a good coach like you!

probably a 4`th place can be achieved...unfortunately the rest of the teams, czech republic, hungary and england are a tough nut to crack, and cymru will need a lot of luck to take points from them

A very strong group, not the best one for us indeed. The main purpose is to play good sokker and take the fourth place. If we achieve this it will be great. If we could take points from the strong trio, Czech-Hungary-England, that would be awesome.
