Nice work. Imho such lists are easier to handle reducing to main facts you can know from outside without access to database and if you include the IDs. Better for fast action after election. And acting fast after election is important, because on 21th november crucial game for Wales against Luxemburg. Not winning this one would be very bad for rest of qualification. And working database is crucial for having a chance to win.

Nice work! I did the same and found some good players for U-21..
I've seen that we got a big problem with gk, but I think that is not really important at the moment.
In this season, and the next one, what we got do to is search young players and make them stronger with the best type of trainings for every player.
Imho, with a good program, in two seasons for sure we can try to go to 40th-50th position in ranking, and do a really nice WCQ.
