Hi to all!
As you can understand from the topic, I'm here to candidate myself for Cymru U-21.
First of all, I got to present myself ;)
My name is Alessandro, I'm 28yo, and I'm italian, from a little city near Venice. I play sokker since 2011 (I played also before, but I left the game and I started again in 2011), and I come from one of the best communities of sokker, the italian community, that have a lot of good tacticians and with two managers (ale70 and vikingo67) that won last 3 WC.
I started in the lower series of Italian league, that was called "Promozione" and that few days ago was deleted, and I was one of the first manager of 2011 that arrives in "Serie D", two levels more than "Promozione". Now, with my team, I'm refounding and my target is 2nd or 3rd place in next two championships, after that I will try to do a level more and go to "Serie C".
About my sokker ideas:
The thing that I love more in this game, and that I think everyone must love, is the tactics editor ;) I like to try to find the "weak points" of other teams, with also little changes in tactics, because I think that also a little change could help to win.
The tactic that I love more is 4-4-2 with a wing, but I played also with 5-3-2, 5-4-1 and 4-5-1. Another tactic that I like, with this new engine, is 4-3-3, that I think can be really good in U-21.
My plan:
Obviously, I can't promise you that I will win every match, and that we will go to WC. But I can promise you that I will spend a lot of time to improve database, to follow every young player that could be important for U-21 and also for NT in the future, to scout players and to make the best tactics I can do to win more matches possible.
I have experience with database, because I was the Singapore's scout of last 2 seasons, and I helped wiki (NT coach) to improve database and follow players.
There are two things that I would like to see, and if it will happen I will be happy about my work: help with something concrete Cymru country, trying to bring the most interesting players in order to follow the best training and growth, and in the other hand I hope that people can find new perspectives to begin to approach the world that revolves around the national.

Ok, as you have seen, this is the Cymru's group.
In my opinion, obviously, we can't believe to qualify to WC finals, the only thing that we can do is try to create a good team, follow young players and training them well also to help NT in the future (I could help in this!).
How many points I would like to do in this group?
Imho, I think that 6-10 points could be a nice result, with the help of luck (or random if you prefer xD) we could do something more. In this group there are good teams, but no one from the top 10, so some special results are possible!

It's time for thanks :)
I would like to say thanks to the manager that voted for me, that means that he tought that my program was good..
I'm not happy about the draw, because that means that I lost only because I'm younger than onkelchen in sokker :) I prefer to lose normally eheh.. But this is the game, I know it :P
Congratulation to onkelchen, I hope he will do a great work with U-21.
