i don't know many people outside who my friends mention, but the old manger direda is fine and easy to talk to, my friend Jweedos has said poey is a good manager too so i'm putting my vote for him see what he can do.
Thanks for your vote!
I will do my best for your NT if I will be elected :)
Have lots of experience with being the underdog.
Did beat Poland twice with The Netherlands :)
The counter tactics are my best ones.

I've also beaten all the national teams several times with Romania, I have 4 medals at the world championships (1 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze in 5 terms as Romania's national team coach), but it doesn't matter anyway, the performance is to beat Poland 2 times. :))
A trifle, I've won at least 5-6 times against them, the last time, 6-1 :)

Can we get rid of him if he doesn’t log in?
Given recent bans, I wonder who actually voted for him.

Do`nt know to the first one,And i did`nt he`s only been playing for just over a year.
I have messaged an admin about this to see if anything can be done.
I'm going to post this in the other relevant nations.
Next season is 13 games long and 10 of those games will be taken up by World Cup qualification. Assuming everyone else agrees, are you guys up for a UK & Ireland mini-league with England, Scotland and Ireland U-21?

What are we looking at for the upcoming season? I can see direda is keen to stay on with the NT. Blue are you looking at the U21s again?
i am not, i got busy IRL and i didn't manage a few weeks properly, and my days are only getting busier leading up to christmas so better someone else take charge over the coming months. i'm happy to keep the assistente database up to date however since i know we will lose a lot of players turning 22. i also had 4 NT managers go back on their words for friendlies leaving me to scramble a friendly at last minute.

That’s fair enough! I’d love a crack at it at some point, I was NT manager back in the day but way before I was ready for it really. Currently in the middle of moving house though so I don’t have the time to devote into it this season at least, but definitely something I’d like to have a go at at some point.
I can try and cover it for a while if there are no other takers.
I have it in other topic, but good luck Jay. :)
Hello Welsh Dragons!
It was mentioned on the international forum that you do not have a candidate for coaching U21. In my opinion, it would be a shame not to take advantage of this and try to apply. I come from the Czech Republic, not far from the city of Brno. My mother is married to an Englishman from Sheffield, so I really like Great Britain.
I have been playing Sokker since 2011. I have a lot of experience in coaching juniors, just look at the roster of my team, where my entire lineup is made only up of my own players.
Every year, the average age of the lineup is around 22 years old. I have 1 season of experience in coaching the national team of Czech Republic, where I applied young players to the team regardless of the results in friendly matches, but in the end I was happy to hand over my position to a more experienced coach on the international stage. I believe that cooperation with your community could bring benefits to both parties.
What have you learned that's helped you the most in your time on Sokker?
During the time I've been playing sokker, I've mainly learned to plan ahead. About 5 seasons ago, I decided to have a team with only my juniors in the future, and I succeeded in doing so this season. We'll see how far I can go with this tactic, whether I'll return to the 2nd Czech league or perhaps the first in the next 3-4 seasons. After that, I'll plan other strategies for progress, such as buying foreign young players, etc.
So the answer is, this game helped me personally with patience, and train young players. In last 5 seasons my juniors has won the first junior leaguje two times and once we finished third.
And it learned me how to use sktables.org, whis is the best tool for checking players development.
What's your plan to get the best out of players from only a small number of junior academies giving you players?
I will definitely check the level of the players, I will mainly be interested in their PACE and TECHNIQUE. After this research, I will go around to the individual managers and invite them to train the given dispositions of the players. I have already looked at some players and according to their value there will be something to build on, however it will not be easy. Of course, I will also agree with the managers on which position the given player will play, so that ideally he will also receive training from the U21.
I will also try your community to use sktables to add all your players to this tool.
Good luck to you all.

Well, I'll leave myself there as an option and people can decide.
