Subject: NT elections

My first thoughts:

- The NT interface looks pretty basic!
- we have some quite "spiky" players, with one skill trained high and no others
- I'm irritated that I have to create new tactics from scratch!

there is a site to transfer your tactics to the NT and vice versa i believe, don’t forget that friendlies don’t give training, don’t remember if injuries will count during a friendly. the group games will give training and injuries will stand in game.

i know you’ll probably use SKtools but i have set up the DB in assistente and happy to keep updating it but it would require you to add me as a scout. so if you cba to set it up then np, the scores on sktools are ok enough.

also players generally start rounding out at 20,21, depends what age they come out from the youth, which is why some managers may ask to play only U20 since you can get superstar 21 year olds. but before then it’s fine to boost one skill for young players, usually pace since it’s the slowest skill to train but is faster at younger ages. we have not had a good round of talent in some time, since the last batch of 21 year olds like Gubb, who may not be the best rounded striker but he was our best, turned 22.

Honestly happy for you to be involved as much as you want/can. Only reason I put myself forward was because you and Rhys ruled yourselves out.

That is very very true. I'm not sure what is was expecting, but this was not it!

I tried those links. I couldn't log in, due to some setting. I tried to download the android app, but my phone warned me against installing it... :/

it's alright, it requires an addon on your browser which is safe but if you don't use it properly / safely then it can cause issues. it basically does exactly what SKtools does with using your account etc. doesn't matter anyway, maybe a personal preference to how asistente lays out the info and you can organise your players into the roles / bench / other.

if you go back to the post i had with screen shots, that should show some of our better players to be used in the given positions, obviously there might be other players a little worse but higher form, just gotta learn as you go

I don't know if you guys actually look at the NT forum ( I only just learned it was there), but I've posted some thoughts on U21 match there.
