Hello Greetings Friends of the Cymru Community. My name is Carlos Castillo, I am a User and Tutor of Sokker Venezuela, I am applying to be a Coach of the Cymru Senior Team. I am a Coach with a lot of experience in the game. I have been playing since 2006, at the national team level I have experience in the following national teams (Dominican Republic, Dominican Republic U21, Guatemala, Guatemala U21, Australia, Israel, Venezuela, Andorra, Ghana, Costa Rica and Canada). In 2021 I qualified Venezuela for the World Cup and I was the first coach to manage to take Venezuela to the Quarter-Finals of a World Cup, a great achievement for Venezuela at that time since the most that Venezuela had achieved was to reach the 8th of the Finals until this last season when they managed to take it to the Semi-Finals with a more competitive team.

This season our work will focus on doing the best possible job in the qualifiers and on building a team for the future with young and experienced players. We will also work on the national team's database.
