i mean even britain rarely won the first round in champions cup, +20 rating difference and against an U21 manager that's played since 2009.

No problem. Blue s idea is a good one. You you guys should sacrifice a couple of qualifiers to get a chance to qualify for a final tournament in the future. There are four of you and perhaps each one of you should train a different department. Blue is already training mid the other 3 can train def, gk an strikers. Good luck
