Subject: Season 75

Not sure if there is something ion this but last season was my worst ever and I reckon I hit 15+ injuries. This season so far.....none but I don't even want to say anything.

The injury situation does seem off to me. I don't think it's how often, but the severity when they do occur.

It can really hammer your training... it just feels like such a double whammy to lose the player and the training.

All it takes is a few bad injuries over the ages of 17 to 21 and your player is much worse than they could of been.... though I guess that is true to life, plenty of real world players have had that happen to them.

[Edit] - I also think that training between the ages 16 to about 20 should not be linked to playing in senior games. A friendly should be enough to get to the 96% and above 20 i would have it so a few mins hits 96% and then scale it up.

And I didn't comment on my league game. Expected hammering as always! Terrible form in my 2 senior defenders and the other 2 of the back 4 were 19 y/o, so they just can't live with a team like that yet.

Been a bit of a mad week so not been on much - just logged in to see tonight’s game though and my word! Had a fair few suspensions going into it, missed a penalty in normal time, a red card and scraped through on penalties. In the hat for the semi final draw for the first time though!

Likewise to this week - in the middle of trying to move but it’s been a tough process.

I haven’t watched the semi final yet, but fair to say I’m quite surprised! Will have to steel ourselves for next week now but especially as our form hasn’t been great I’m a bit stunned.

I had my usual spanking off Britain, but despite the heavy scoreline there were a few things that can be taken. First half was very even, we were unlucky to be 2-1 down after a very easy ball slipped through the keepers hands and into the goal and a freekick that was well struck, but the keeper left the whole goal open for the shot!

Second half seemed to have stamina issues again. My defenders started running like there was treacle on the pitch. All of the second half goals were just simple cases of their strikers sprinting away from my static defenders and being 1v1 with the keeper.

We probably should have scored a couple more, but their keeper wasn't getting beaten easily and my attackers had their usual rushes of blood and crazy shots from the edge of the 6 yard box that somehow are probably still in earth's orbit right now.

But, given this is a transitional season, I'm not too unhappy with performances so far. I think my trainees are coming on well and I can see the kinds of players I will want to bring in at some point.... just got to get some money to do that! :D

Not the closest cup final there’s ever been, an absolute trouncing to be honest! A really good cash injection which ultimately is what I’m still after in Sokker at the moment, certainly didn’t have a cup final on my radar this season but delighted to get that far!

Unlucky, I've been on the end of these kinds of results against them so know that it's not fun!

But I do remember it being kinda cool to have a run to the final and I'm pretty sure you'll get there again at some point.

It was probably his way of protesting my dodgy tactics with Cymru U21s…. And honestly who could blame him??

Still, at least he has his full training from the U21 game.

Another slightly crazy game with phoenix. At 3-0 down I was worried that we’d be on the end of a cricket score, but we finally clicked up front. Very even game, but happy to win. That’s 6 big points.

I think I’ll put a tenner on both teams to score next season - seems a banker!

Disappointing to collapse as we did but will take the positives - a 4th place finish this season is a solid platform to keep building from!

You've jinxed it niw, nil nil bore draws from now on.... Although, our teams would have to learn to defend for that to happen, so maybe not.
