How on earth do you train a player to be this good?! Serious question, as it just seems impossible!

Also no idea how to get the player link to work properly! :D

good talent, either comes out young or high level and paitence. it's rare to get 16 year olds anymore early in a season with how the youth is done now, before you could get early and even if talent wasn't amazing, 2-3 weeks for a pop because they're 16.
