any reason why kupar and symonds are side lined for lower form gks?
Our problem is not the performance of the goalkeepers, but the poor quality of the midfielders.

What kind of levels should we be looking at for midfielders?
Returning to the goalkeepers’ problem. The goalkeepers you recommended wouldn’t even make the squad of an average national team. As an example, I’ll include here the two goalkeepers from my own club team:
Sergej Zanozin, age: 30
club: VIRTUS, country: Rossiya
value : 20 205 000 lei
wage: 227 900 lei
superdivine [18] form
unearthly [16] tactical discipline
height: 186 cm, weight: 86.6 kg, BMI: 25.03
formidable [11] stamina divine [17] keeper
divine [17] pace solid [8] defender
very good [9] technique very good [9] playmaker
magical [15] passing solid [8] striker
Zigmas Rubašius, age: 32
club: VIRTUS, country: Lietuva
value : 17 761 000 lei
wage: 208 900 lei
superdivine [18] form
magical [15] tactical discipline
height: 179 cm, weight: 71.7 kg, BMI: 22.38
formidable [11] stamina divine [17] keeper
divine [17] pace solid [8] defender
very good [9] technique solid [8] playmaker
brilliant [14] passing solid [8] striker
Zanozin had 18+ in both pace and keeper ability, and was also in maximum form when he played for the Russian national team, while Ribasius, with 17 speed and 18+ saving, wasn’t even a member of the Lithuanian squad since he's benn in my team even with superdivine form!
In contrast, you ask me why your 32 years old goalkeeper isn’t playing in NT with brilliant form, 13 speed, and 17 keeper. Woodyat have 14 pace and superdivine (18+) keeper and he is 27 years old and can still improved for NT.

Addis, Ewunce, Yates and Robinson will be good midfielders. But they are only 22-23 years old, they still have a lot to develop to be considered suitable at National Team level. At the moment, the 30-year-old Davies and (with good intentions) the also 30-year-old Preece who could possibly be included in a mediocre NT squad.
The national team is great in terms of strikers, and there won't be any problems in defense for a while, because we have 25-26 year old defenders who are already usable and will continue to improve. Some of them are in poor form, but we can't change that.

Group C
The World Cup qualifying group matches have now finished. Our National Team finished in 4th place with 10 points. We also had some good matches where we managed to pull off surprises and, as a result, influence the race for the top two places that meant qualification. But there were also games I cannot be proud of. I’m thinking here of the two matches against Saudi Arabia: in the first one we had to field a weakened lineup, but the second was a match we absolutely should have won.
Overall, we have gone through a season that brought both highs and lows. I prepared different tactics for every match.
That’s how this qualifying campaign turned out.
The NT has a future, and better results will come if the young players continue to be properly trained at their club teams.

U29 friendly
This time we played a U29 match against the Israeli national team, ranked 45th in the world. We were leading by one goal at halftime, but in the end the opponent—stronger in every department—managed to turn the game around and win 2–1.

It is possible that this was my farewell match as NT coach. I prepared for every scenario, deleted my tactics, but at the same time I also registered for the European Championship, with the condition that my registration would only be valid if I win the elections (my successor can decide otherwise and is not obliged to follow my option).
