Subject: Season 76

I had a double pop for Bowen who was promoted last week in his first week of training, hopefully he keeps that up!

Fully into bot season now but moving back up the league to try and cheer my supporters up at least! Cym Wanderers are still going to be a problem with that keeper, could be a big game there in the title race.

Titles Blues now messed up again with team.

another player injured, 17 days, so now i won't have a decent team to compete for the cup final :)

A real battle to get past Sporting tonight, 2-0 down in 10 minutes but fought back to win 2-5. 2 goals right at the very end which strongly distort the scoreline but up into the top 4. 4 juniors coming through in the next 2 weeks, hoping to see off Cym in the next week or so but going to be some overhauling of the squad for sure now regardless of which of them stay and go.

Hard fought 2-2 draw this week. All things considered it is a good result.

My only real goal scorer was suspended, so a guy with weak scoring played up front!

I also needed to give time to 3 17 y/o players, so they brought overall skill levels down.

Using those 3 subs to bring off the trainees meant that my defenders with bad stamina could not be subbed, so they spent a lot of the game looking like they were treading through treacle - so sportings attackers were giving them the run around.

Also, sporting have some very good ratings, so despite our recent form against them it's a tough game. Their goals were nicely worked, mine were scrambled.

There were loads of chances for both teams. I think a draw was fair, but i don't think either side could have complained if the other had nicked a goal.

Next game i have my striker back and will only be trying to give minutes to one 16 y/o, so hopefully manage to avoid defeat again.

I was very lucky to escape with the win the other night so it sounds like a very similar game - a few lucky potshots pulled me back into it. I've been rotating my trainees in this season anyway but full disclosure now I'm gradually selling off my non-Welsh trainees now, a few might come in during the summer but I've got so many players coming in in the next few weeks I want to keep a few and try and train them. Ideally a more Welsh based team, the U21 stuff to me shows that for a small playerbase we've got some really good players and are punching above our weight. Having the chance to play so many Welsh players in league fixtures can only help in the long run!

Next season i`ll be selling my foreign players and playing only welsh(bar my back-up GK) i`ve been losing money each week for ages.

Dug out a win tonight with a 90th minute 35-yarder to win against Cym. Delighted with that on such a dreadful pitch, basically unplayable!
