Must admit I like all my players to have some defending, including the wingers. Maybe thats just me.

Sure thing! :) my wingers always have a decent defending level, you never know when that may come in handy. Sometimes I use three defenders in the middle in front of my opponent's strikers and those two wingers coming from my defensive line, acting as WB, taking the ball when it gets too far from the area and usually taking it into the opponent's side at (at least) brilliant pace :D
