On his little picture he's popped at 3 weeks every time so he could be a good one !!

You should really be taking screenshots of juniors who pop like that as it could add loads to his value if you can show plenty of 3 week pops.

I have been lucky this season with juniors but I have still only ever had 1 junior that has popped after 3 weeks twice in a row and never 3 pops in a row of 3 weeks.

Joined as adequate, only 1 pop and 5 weeks in the YS, so not sure about his talent...

Doubtful, due to being from a new team as you havnt got the best of junior coaches I would imagine. Aslong as he starts at 16 though and has some sort of talent, he could still come out nice though and you never know, maybe he could make make into the U21 if skills are distributed nicely :)

Both better and pretty much the same wage, one is exact same wage actually :P

However, I wouldnt go sacking yours now and getting a new one quite yet. Stop buying anymore players unless they are needed trainees and once you get out of debt, i'd go for something similar to one of the 2 above.
It takes a lil longer to find them but well worth it in the longrun :)
