Have to wait another season for Ieuan Crosby, Lloyd Coyne & Llewellyn Blackmore to hit the star stage. All at 3 week talent!

Since i've started playing sokker, i've only ever trained welsh strikers :P
I've had foreigners elsewhere getting part training whenever doing pace or tech but only welsh strikers :)

If you wanna keep the south american though and you think he will help you stay up, i'd say keep the new pull and sell fozer and hope someone buys him and trains him as your new junior looks like a much better prospect than fozer imo :)

I've never ever traned a Welsh guy to be fair and I've never overspent on a Welsh guy :)

Vogue's last post tbh is 100% correct imho, however I will say Fozer is the best u21 Welsh keeper at the mo and hence is very useful. But it is highly likely whoever buys him will train him so go for it mate :)
Either way we'll see you in the prem next season :)
