Thats how mine looks. I've actually been thinking for quite a while now that this junior school is a complete waste of money based on my previous sales.
You seem to need excellents atleast to maybe get your investment back.

The only reason I am continuing with it is for the good of our NT.

When I can afford I will update my youth coach. I think you need a quality youth coach to make the difference. Also you need the luck with talented youths.

I have recently upgraded my junior coach. I was using a solid but now I got a formid.

That should improve matters.

We shall see how much better it makes it but if we were a bigger nation, I would be tempted to stop junior school altogether.
It's costing me nearly 18k a week now and so far i've prob made some 30-40k from selling juniors :(

Hmm, with Belling being injured for 3 weeks, I may be looking for a new striker trainee :P

Pace is pretty crap but I will be training that in the future.
