WHAT A PLONKER!!!

It doesn't matter if they are at max capicity, that just decides if any new guys turn up on saturday updates.

If you have had no updates in 4-5 weeks it could just mean the guys you have in there are not that talented.

If you have had no pops whatsoever since you have started then there might be an issue , but I'd be suprised.

Best idea is to follow what Langhe says

What level youth coach have you got?

You dont work out his talent by his first pop, you need to wait for the next just to get a decent idea but even then it aint an exact talent most the time as he could pop 3*, 5, 5, 4, 5, 5, 4 giving him a talent of 4.66.
