Based on Talent 4, he's probably talent 3/3.5 :(

That 4 is the default setting mate. Have to wait a bit to see if he has any real talent

And we're newish to the game, the Youths won't pop as much as they might do in the Welsh Prem. :)

They'll pop just as fast wherever they are, aslong as the coach is of the same level.
I'm guessing rhys has not got a magical or unearthly junior coach yet though so he has less chance of that junior having a 4 week talent.
I think it may be possible to get a 4 week talent with an incredible coach but I aint totally sure about that.
