But he is most likely not very good. Its just your junior coach thinks he is :P
I have a high magical junior coach and when they first swapped over, I had juniors jumping 2 levels and others dropping 2 levels and the worse the coach is, the more off target they will be so having a junior 3 levels out of what he should really be is very easy.

Just hope he looks good when pulled is how I look at the junior school now.

OK, but do you think you'll have an idea of their talent when the leave the school? Isn't that the purpose of the school. Otherwise, why bother with Juniors at all anymore?

The better your junior coach is, the more accurate the skill level will be with the more games that junior plays. However, you obviously cant play every junior you've got so this will only work for some and even then, the skill which does show may still be wrong slightly or alot depending on the coach level.

imo, you will now see junior talent SS's fade out and may dissapear totally once the present and past juniors become too old to bother posting their talent.
This will then probably be replaced by talent of skill pops whilst being trained in senior squad.

Isn't that the purpose of the school.
It use to be mainly but not anymore i'd say. Even though no official statement has said this or any of the dev's, I believe the reason behind this change was due to the prices of young talented players going too high and even selling for more than the player would've got after a few seasons training.

Even though I dont like this change, I think it will have the desired effect though as there wont be any proof of amazing talent anymore.

why bother with Juniors at all anymore?
Well, we still need juniors for training and for the good of the country :)
Also, as I have already said earlier in this post, you will still be able to see their talent with a few weeks of training in your senior squad(not entirely sure how well that'll work myself but the possibillity is there).
