Subject: Youths

He's 3 levels higher in defender than striker, he'd still (imo) need playmaker to be a decent striker. He'd definitely need a lot more tech. You'd probably end up with a fairly average striker, who can't play as a forward.

On the other hand, he wouldn't need as much playmaking to be a DM as he would to be a normal midfielder (again imo). He's already got a lot of basic skills required to be a midfielder. Of course his skills also fit into the defender mould, but it'd take quite a while to get his levels up to a place where he'd be an ideal defender.

Anyway, it's all academic, you aren't likely to buy him and unless Vogue sells then nor am I.

I'll be putting him up for sale later tonight. I was gonna put him up for sale last night but forgot :P
2011-01-01 18:51:40
He should be mine then ;)
2011-01-01 22:31:34
and he is now up for sale :)
2011-01-03 11:17:38
.. and he's gone way above what I'd consider fair value, so I'm out.
2011-01-03 20:10:44
Well he's Welsh decent and only friendlies now, price is fine my end :)

2011-01-03 22:35:33
Someone else obviously thought he was worth even more :O
2011-01-04 10:11:07
that someone else will train him as a striker :)
2011-01-04 14:10:31
Seriously?

If so, that's a lot to be paying for a pretty average striker.
2011-01-04 14:26:17
which you can earn back easily if he is a decent striker. It takes 2 extra seasons, but the price people will pay for his def and passing sideskills will compensate :)
2011-01-05 22:22:09
Maybe, but I still think that's a dumb move.
2011-01-05 23:09:50
Same here :)
I see the advantage, but I prefer the fast way :)
