Not sure about that tbh. I've had an unearthly trainer a long time and produced very little. Overton the last decent guy to come out of my junior school and that was about 7 seasons ago!

ok, i agree, the trainer is not all, you need to actively manage it too, and get rid of trash, so leave space for new talent
