The age isn't this guy's problem, it's his stats, shame they couldn't be spread out (rather than just being concentrated to pace).

Think it's better to have them on 1 skill ... and for a def trainer this is a pretty nice trainee. Tad late on the season, which probably will make him sell for less then 10k.

true, but anything but striker or offensive mid training is a waste of his skills :)
