depends what you want to do. i usually left some half decent trainees stay around, usually nostalgia reasons, then if i feel the market is cooking i’d drop them off. the prices right now are inflated for the most part, they are a bit more calm for now, but if you have 21,22yos you’re thinking of selling or moving on, they will only get less valuable as they get older, especially if they are not popping as good.

Came out as formidable, the lack of pace is a bit brutal but I’m training it so his other stats compensate it somewhat. My solid 16yo is due out next week as a first week 17yo and is due a final pop next week so fingers crossed for that.

Looks good. Probably can already get games with form.

Any idea on his talent? If decent you might be able to get his pace up to a respectable level in a season or two.

5.75 unfortunately - he'll tick up slowly but not super talented. I'll keep him though, I've got one or two Welsh juniors who I'll probably sack as I haven't been able to sell them and they're not really trainable but he's got enough about him to keep on and see how he develops.

The 16yo I've got coming through next week has as talent of 3.9 though so he's definitely got potential. One junior unfortunately coming through at 20 next week looks as though he's going to come out as brilliant with a 3.7 talent so a couple of promising players coming through. Upgraded my junior coach to magical from brilliant about 4-5 weeks ago and I'm getting noticeably more consistent pops since then.

Got this guy today. Talent of 3.7 confirmed on SKtables.

I think his skills are pretty good considering he was only level 7.

I am.considering training him a i have one injured trainee and another trainee that i bought 4 weeks ago and he hasn't popped in pace in that time, so i'm suspecting his talent is low.

Only thing is then i will be training 2 keepers, so that is a lot of train8ng going to keepers.

He’s great for level 7! Especially week 1, fair play.

Popped to very good this morning - shame his stamina and tech aren’t the other way around but happy with that! Talent of 3.6, I’ll put him on the market with proof of talent and hopefully he attracts a bit of interest.
